Apollo T2000 Instructions

Control Buttons
Read Button – Big top button
Select Button – Bottom button with down arrow
Mode Button – Middle button with up arrow

Power On
Press and release the Read Button. The pager alerts as it powers up. Now the pager is on standby.

Power Off
1. Press the Mode Button until "OFF" appears on the LCD window.
2. Press the Select Button

Set Alert
The pager has 3 standard alert modes. You can select one mode among audio (beep or music), vibration, or sleep (no alert).
AUDIBLE ALERT
When the pager is initially turned on, it is automatically set to an Audio alert.
1. To change the alert to another beep or melody press the Mode Button until "SET ALERT?" is displayed.
2. Press the Select Button once and the pager displays "AUDIO?" Choices include Music melodies 1-10 and Beep alerts 1-4.
3. Press Select Button again and the pager will display the current alert choice
4. Press the Mode Button to scan the different melodies and beeps.
5. Choose the desired alert by pressing the Read Button

VIBRATION AND SLEEP ALERTS
Vibration will silently alert you while Sleep alert emits no alert at all.
1. Press the Mode Button until "SET ALERT?" is displayed.
2. Press the Select Button once, then the Mode Button until "SILENT?" displays for vibration, or "SLEEP?" for no alert.
3. Press the Read Button to make your selection.

Message Mode
When a message is received, the pager displays 1 PAGE and alerts depending on the mode:

Beep 16 second beep alert
Music Melody places twice
Vibration 8 seconds vibration
Sleep No alert

To stop any alert, press any button.

Reminder Alerts
If no button is pressed after a message is received, a reminder alert will emit every 2 minutes (except in sleep mode).
Reading a Message
1. Press the Read Button to read a message
2. If the message is continued, an arrow displays on the lower right corner. To continue the next screen, press the Read Button again.
3. The date and time the message was received will be at the end of each message

Back light
When needed, a back lighting can be activated by pressing the Select Button. The light will automatically shut off in 20 seconds after no activity. To manually turn off, press the Select Button again.

Duplicate Message Indicator
Messages received more than once will me marked with a duplicate message indicator

Locking Messages
Locking a message can help prevent the accidental deletion of a message. Up to 8 messages can be locked at a time.
1. When the page is displayed, press the Mode Button until the lock icon appears at the top of the screen.
2. Press the Select Button. The message is now locked

Unlocking Messages
1. When the page is displayed, press the Mode Button once to remove the lock. The message can now be deleted.

Erasing a Single Message
1. When the page you want to delete is displayed, press the Mode Button until the scissors icon appears on the display.
2. Press the Select Button to delete the message

Erasing All Messages
1. From the standby screen (current date and time) press the Mode Button until "CLEAR ALL?" is displayed.
2. Press the Select Button once. All read, unlocked messages are deleted.

To Set Time and Date
1. Press the Mode Button until "SET TIME?" is displayed
2. Press the Select Button once
3. Press the Mode Button to select the current day of the week, then press the Select Button once
4. Press the Mode Button to choose the Month, then press the Select Button once
5. Repeat steps 3 and 4 until all information is correct. Press the Read Button to save information

Setting the Alarm
The pager has 3 separate alarms that can be set for different times of the day.

1. From the standby screen, press the Mode Button until "SET ALARM?" is displayed
2. Press the Select Button once to enter the alarm mode. Press the Mode Button until the alarm number (1-3) you want to set appears on the screen, and press the Select Button.
3. "OFF" is flashing. Press the Mode Button until "ON" is flashing and press the Select Button.
4. Press the Mode Button until the correct hour is displayed, and press the Select Button.
5. Repeat step 4 until the alarm time is set
6. When complete, press the Read Button

To turn off an alarm, change the "ON" to "OFF"

Directory
The directory can be used to store up to 10 numbers as an additional memory space.
To Save to the Directory:
1. While the message is displayed, press the Mode Button until a phone icon appears on the screen.
2. Press the Select Button to put a copy into the directory.

To View Messages in the Directory:
1. Press the Mode Button until "DIRECTORY?" displays on the screen
2. Press the Select Button.
3. Use the Read Button to move through the messages
