Advanced Paging Features

Text messages to email: With our advanced pager terminal you can have a copy of your text messages sent to your email address. This will allow you to review the messages at your convenience when you are back in your office. Page One Northwest can also forward messages to your cellular phone. When you are outside the coverage area or don't have your pager with you will receive your pages on your cellular phone as a text message. This is a wonderful back up for mission critical pages that you would never want to miss.

Alpha text message to voice: On our advanced paging terminals you can call your pager phone number and have the terminal read back all of your alphanumeric text messages. If you erased an important message, don’t have your pager, or are out of the area, you can always receive your messages with text to voice messaging.

Pager Voice Mail:
Pager voice mail allows your callers the option of keying in their phone number, or of leaving you a message in their own voice you can call in and retrieve. Get important information without calling someone back. We have a choice of plans to customize your voice mail to fit your needs. In most areas we can forward a copy of your voice mail to your email address so you can save all your important messages.

Custom Prompt: 30 second or longer custom greeting.
Custom prompt allows you to leave a greeting for your callers to hear in your own voice. Avoid confusion or misdialed numbers by customizing your greeting to fit your specific needs.

Insure Page:
Insure page allows you to call in and listen to all of the numbers you have been paged with. When you call in, numeric pages are read back to you over the phone. On our advanced paging terminals you can even resend the page to your pager. Out of the coverage area? Call your number and find retrieve any messages that may have been sent. Don’t have your pager with you? With Insure Page you can just call your pager phone number and review your pages. All the pages are time stamped to let you know when the page was left.

Extended Coverage
(View Map) Extended coverage offers you the ability to receive your pages up to the Canadian border, into Western Idaho, and parts of Southern Oregon not available with the standard coverage.
