A fax-to-email box gives you a 10-digit local phone number to use for your own fax line.  You can use this phone number just like a fax line you would have in your office or home, but you don’t have to pay for an extra telephone line each month – and you don’t have a fax machine taking up space and supplies.
Callers sending faxes to the fax-to-email phone number will receive the usual fax tone. The fax-to-email box will automatically accept the fax call.  Once the fax is received, you can be paged, called, emailed, or receive text message notification that you have a new fax. You can then call the number from any fax machine telephone and follow a few simple instructions to retrieve your faxes.
Better yet, you can have all the faxes e-mailed to your in-box for later review, printing only those you need. You may archive faxes in your e-mail, or forward them to the appropriate personnel. All faxes are e-mailed to you as .tif files. Fax-to-email boxes can also be combined with a voice mail box (see voice messaging).  Includes 500 fax pages per month, .10 per page over 500 pages

Here's how it works: when your fax line is busy, it forwards the incoming faxes to your Never Busy Fax box. Once your fax line is free, the Never Busy Fax delivers your messages directly to your machine.  1000 pages included, .10 per page over 1000

Broadcast Fax

Do you fax bulletins, advertising, or other information to multiple recipients? With Broadcast Faxing you can fax your documents quickly without tying up your fax machine or using time to send them individually. Broadcast fax will fax a document to as many fax machines as you would like and we do all the work! This is a wonderful way to keep dealers or clients updated on pricing and product availability. Keep in mind that you do need permission from the person receiving the fax to send the fax to them.
