Voice Mail Plus $19.95
Voice Mail Plus is a Unified Messaging System that can forward your
business or home phone number to the voicemail system. You can also
publish (additional charge) your voice mail telephone number to use
as your main contact number for your business.
When a client or prospect calls your telephone number,
the system can:
Take a Message:
Get notified immediately via a page or telephone call as soon as messages
are received. Messages will be forwarded to your email address as
wave files, allowing you to listen to it on the speakers on your
computer. Messages may also be delivered directly to your telephone
(cell phone or any other type of phone) for fast and easy access
to your messages, even when you are away from your desk.
Live Caller Forward:
This feature allows the caller to by-pass the messaging system to speak
to you in person by pressing 0 during the greeting. If you like you
can screen these calls at your discretion and refer them back to
the voice mail system where the caller can then leave a message.
This is a wonderful feature for when you are you out of your office
and only want to speak to callers who would like a quote or estimate
for your services. You can change the phone number that the call
is forwarded to at any time, and have your personalized greeting
change by the time of day or day of the week. If you don’t
want live calls after a certain time of day or day of the week, your
greeting will not offer that option during that time.
Receive a Fax:
Tired of paying for a fax phone line? With Voice Mail Plus you have
your own dedicated fax phone number. Callers may leave you faxes
day or night. Once a fax is received they will be forwarded to your
email address where you can view, print or delete them. No more wasted
fax paper. You can also have them forwarded to another fax machine
to insure you do not miss any important documents. If you like, you
can be alerted whenever you receive a new fax. The system can page,
email or call a telephone number when new faxes come in.

Voice mail messages are recorded in the caller's voice. The messages
are confidential, accurate and complete. Voice mail messages can be
sent and received 24 hours a day from touch-tone telephones anywhere
in the world. Users can communicate without regard to time zone, travel
schedule, or office hours. You can even have your messages forwarded
to you as email attachments or if you prefer, simply call your phone
number and listen to your messages.
One Call, Call Transfer service
is the newest feature of the Page One system. One Call allows callers
to be transferred live to any phone number you choose. This could be
a home phone, cell phone or office phone. You can change this number
at anytime using any touch tone phone. If desired, you can have the
calls screened to allow you to decide if you want to take the call
or refer them to voice mail.

When you call your voice mail box and it rings before going to the
greeting, you have no new messages. If you call and you hear no ring,

Teleconferencing-Revert to Operator
When a caller wants speak to someone without leaving a message,
just press 0 and the call will be forwarded to whichever phone number
you designate.
One Call, Live Caller Transfer
For people shopping for quotes or estimates on your service, advise
callers to press 0. The system will put the caller on hold and contact
you at the number you designate (cellular, home or office phone).
The system will tell you where the call is coming from and allow
you to choose whether to accept the call or refer it to the voice
mail system.
Voice messages sent to your email address
Each message can be delivered to up to 5 email addresses. The messages
are sent to you as a wave file attachment, allowing you to review
your messages from your computer by double-clicking on the icon at
your convenience or to archive important messages for later review.
To retrieve your messages away from your desk, you may still call
the voice mail system directly to hear messages over the phone.
Notification when a new voice message
or fax is received
Each time a new voice message or fax is received you will be notified
of its delivery either by pager, cellular phone, home telephone,
email to cellular phone or email to email address.
